Requirements:

• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision

3 SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Department Manager

• Duties include analysis, design, modeling of business needs and development

• Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide new solutions to overcome them.

• Ability to develop software tools to help test web-based and client/server-based applications.

• Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, maintaining, and documenting software projects.

• Coordinates with appropriate engineers and QA to evaluate automation alternatives and propose solutions.

• Maintains software written by him as well as others.

• Works on defined problems of moderate scope and complexity.

• Contributes to the overall effectiveness of the organization in a variety of ways, such as mentoring new employees, improving processes and tools, improving the learn ability/maintainability/extensibility of the code.

• Contributes to the ongoing development and enhancement of our automated testing process and tools implementation.

• Accepts any job responsibility that may be assigned to him from time to time.

• Attend special training to enhance and improve his skills.

• Accepts other job responsibility that may be assigned to him/her

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

B.S. in Computer Science, I.T, Management Information System or equivalent relevant work experience

Skills

• Working knowledge with Application-servers

• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work as an effective team member in support of the team

• Working knowledge of SQL and MS Access

• Software design and development, integration, documentation, testing and deployment

• Strong technical experience in software product development

• In depth experience in implementing software products using VB, VB.Net

• Demonstrated work history as a fast learner and being capable of working with great independence.

SALES SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• EE/ME Graduate
   

• Male, not more than 35 yrs old
   

• Good in oral and written communication
   

• Computer literate
   

• At least 2 yrs supervisory work experience
   

• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
   

• He should be a resident of Cagayan De Oro
